Alex Radka is a technology executive specializing in Digital Transformation with domain expertise in Decision Support Systems. He received a B.S. in Mathematics from The University of Southern Mississippi in 1994 and an M.S. in Applied Mathematics (Operations Research) from Clemson, University. He spent the early part of his career working in the travel and hospitality sector, designing and building Forecasting and Yield Management systems for companies such as Virgin Atlantic, Disney, Hilton, and Delta. He then was a (very) early employee of a pricing decision support start-up focused on hotels and rental car companies.
In 2013, he moved out of the hospitality sector and went on to build an Agile Center of Excellence for General Electric. While with GE, he held positions with GE Power and GE Digital, helping to drive a product strategy in the emerging field of the industrial internet. He has extensive experience in several programming languages, as well as expertise in Domain Driven Design, Microservice Architecture, and Platform Design. For Sentient Digital, in addition to supporting the AI Research and Development team, he is helping to establish a DevSecOps culture in both the IT Operations and Software Development teams.
Alex is native of Mobile, AL, and currently resides in New Orleans, LA, with his wife and four children. When not coaching/cheering/chauffeuring the brood, Alex attempts to stay in shape with CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting.
